A big reason that I felt very comfortable with the Lincoln was the excellent demonstration and presentation of the MKZ by Nick Hriczko. He was very patient with me and my wife and took his time explaining the various packages and options of both the 2017 and 2018 vehicles. He spent a lot of time with us on our test drive and in the dealership explaining all the functions. I was very pleased with Nick's sales manner and his support throughput the entire purchase process.
