They made the entire process actually pleasant! I was referred to this dealership from a friend of mine. I actually sent him a text after my purchase thanking him for referring me to see Pete Puglia I was referred to this dealership from a friend of mine. I felt Pete was very genuine and made me feel as if he was on my side trying to get the best deal for my new Explorer. He answered all my questions and not once came across like he was trying to get every dollar out of me that he could. Pete’s desk was at the opposite end of the entrance I walked in, and on my walk down the floor every salesperson that wasn’t dealing with a customer greeted me with a hello. They are all very friendly. I got to know these people. Pete is married and has 2 daughters, Jerry loves Villanova basketball and Tony is from South Korea! If you ask anyone - they will tell you that the whole process of buying a car is dreadful .... well not at Ditschman / Flemington Ford ... my experience was pleasant and my new Explorer is awesome!
