He always addressed me by my first name, and he made me feel as though he cared about me and that I was not just another sale. David Harry was polite and very helpful. He located the specific car I was looking for, got me a reasonable lease price, and arranged to call me when the car was ready. After purchasing the care he took his time and explained all the options to me and even showed me how to use the back up camera by letting me try it.
