Since I traveled over 2 hours from PA to NJ to buy the car, the dealership, Ray, organized to have my car picked up and a loaner car dropped off for me. They took my car back to NJ, fixed it, and returned it back to in PA within two business days. At no cost to myself. This goes above and beyond. I cannot think of many dealerships that would work that hard to keep a customer happy. I will be back for my next vehicle from here as well. More

Great working with Henry and Chris We were in the market for a new Ford Focus and as usual we stopped in to Ditschman Ford. We met with Chris Messina as we usually do and found out that he has moved to a management position. Chris took the time to answer our questions and concerns and also introduced us to Henry Howell. Henry took the time to completely go over the Focus and all of the issues regarding a Z plan purchase. He made the whole experience stress and hassle free. This transaction included finding a version of the car in white as that is what my daughter preferred. Henry found one in PA and brought it in for us.
