Easy car buying experience When I first saw the 2005 Toyota Tacoma on there website and requested more information I received a phone call within the hour which is great because When I first saw the 2005 Toyota Tacoma on there website and requested more information I received a phone call within the hour which is great because I was very interested in the truck. I was given all the information on the truck and the carfax as well which is very important. I was able to set up an appointment for the day after and had the car home by the end of the week. Even though is was a long trip from where I live is was well worth it. This dealership is very friendly and honest and sells great quality cars and will put the time and money into them if that's what is needed. There was no pressure to buy the car or anything which is great, I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy a brand new car or a used one. More

Top of the Line You aren't just buying a car from a dealer, you are trusting their reputation. I bought an Explorer here and the following day the air conditioner You aren't just buying a car from a dealer, you are trusting their reputation. I bought an Explorer here and the following day the air conditioner stopped working. Since I traveled over 2 hours from PA to NJ to buy the car, the dealership, Ray, organized to have my car picked up and a loaner car dropped off for me. They took my car back to NJ, fixed it, and returned it back to in PA within two business days. At no cost to myself. This goes above and beyond. I cannot think of many dealerships that would work that hard to keep a customer happy. I will be back for my next vehicle from here as well. More

Great working with Henry and Chris We were in the market for a new Ford Focus and as usual we stopped in to Ditschman Ford. We met with Chris Messina as we usually do and found out that We were in the market for a new Ford Focus and as usual we stopped in to Ditschman Ford. We met with Chris Messina as we usually do and found out that he has moved to a management position. Chris took the time to answer our questions and concerns and also introduced us to Henry Howell. Henry took the time to completely go over the Focus and all of the issues regarding a Z plan purchase. He made the whole experience stress and hassle free. This transaction included finding a version of the car in white as that is what my daughter preferred. Henry found one in PA and brought it in for us. To my daughters surprise there was a huge bow on the car the night of pickup. Henry exceeded all of our expectations just like Chris had done in times past. Well done gentlemen. More
