On a busy Saturday afternoon, the whole process took about 5 hours from walking into the dealership to driving away in my new car, which was important to me since I needed to get back home to the baby. My wife and son now drive Fusions and I recently gave my 2006 Escape to a daughter who needed a vehicle and now I drive a 2017 Escape. I selected this new vehicle on their website which was a simple process. Call back from the dealership was quick and we were assigned to a salesman we requested Thomas Santangelo. Thomas facilitated the trade in a friendly professional manner and all went smoothly.
