If you're looking for a Ford then go see Jamie and team. A+ Let me start by saying I had a unique situation that is too long to explain but not easy for dealers. I visited and spoke with many dealers in the NJ Let me start by saying I had a unique situation that is too long to explain but not easy for dealers. I visited and spoke with many dealers in the NJ/PA area both Ford and non-Ford. Many of them made half-hearted attempts to get a deal done and obviously didn't want to spend too much time on it. With that said, Jamie was the 1st dealer I went to and I agreed to a particular Explorer but after more thought I backed out after a deposit. That is when I started my dealership tour. At that point most sales guys would look to dismiss a customer as enough time had been wasted. Not Jamie, he kept phone and email dialog open with me. He invited me back to meet with some of his team to discuss new options. It turned out that we were able to agree on price/terms for an Explorer that I wanted but it was not a typical package and they did not have any on those on the lot. He was determined to get this done, he spent pretty much the next 30 min or so locating one that fit my criteria. That is when we shook hands and made the deal. That was a Thursday, he set expectations that I could pick it up Sat or Mon, I asked to see if he can make it happen for Friday pick up. Sure enough, I got the call at 2p on Friday that I can pick up anytime after 330p that day . During the process I had the pleasure of dealing/negotiating with Chris M and Jim O. I say pleasure because car negotiations are usually painful, while there were points of pain they are a good team and all were fair which led to a deal so that made it pleasurable. The final step is the paperwork and Chris C knew I was in a time crunch and went above and beyond to get it completed asap so I could start my weekend. This is personally my 9th car in 19 years and my wife's 4th car in 19 years so I have probably way too much experience with auto dealerships. This is an A+ group and if you are considering a Ford they are worth the drive from anywhere. I cannot remember a sales associate that was easier and less pressure to work with than Jamie. It is also worth noting that the deal I walked away from was on the last day of the month where many dealerships will lead you to believe the pricing is because it is in fact the last day. They never pulled that with me and clearly would have honored it any day. More

Once we arrived Aly introduced herself and had Nick work with us to drive the car, go over features and begin the pricing discussion. What I liked was he asked what I thought my trade-in was worth and what I thought of Aly's initial pricing. With that info at hand we quickly got to an agreeable price. Nick was always positive and did a good job of making sure the conversations did not become negative. Nick got Tony involved with the finance part. He told us of extras we could get and their possible benefits but did not go into hard sell mode. Again, Tony was pleasant to work with and made the long process of signing not so bad. Overall, we walked away with a very good feeling of the dealership and the people we worked with. More

I did not plan to purchase a new vehicle this year, however, after test driving the Lincoln MKx with Josh Eberts (who is albeit new to the business is very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to engage), discussing the pricing options with Josh and Jim O'Brien, and doing weekend research; I closed on the incredibly loaded 2017 MKx. Everyone at this dealership is customer oriented, and easy to work with. BEST auto buying experience of my life... and I have purchased/leased many vehicles over the year. In fact, after the first meeting/test drive, I didn't seek out another dealer nor a competitive brand. I highly recommend this Dealership and the Staff! More

Chris was a pleasure to work with as he is professional, courteous, kind and patient and most of all he isn't a jaded used car sales associate. He knows all about Ford and Lincoln vehicles and he personally owns one. Nothing worse than talking to a sales associate and find out they don't drive or own a product they are selling. We also worked with Denis and were pleased with his professional, easy going manner and he wasn't pushy at all with regard to the extras that were offered at the time of sale. He was knowledgeable and forthright about all options and we felt no pressure to purchase any of them - it was completely our decision. He made a pleasant experience all the more so.
