Escape lease agreement. My wife and I had been considering leasing or purchasing a Ford Escape. We had shopped around on the internet for an Escape but really didn't have a p My wife and I had been considering leasing or purchasing a Ford Escape. We had shopped around on the internet for an Escape but really didn't have a preference on what we wanted before going in to speak to a sales person. Ironically I received a call from Ditschman as a result of our searching and we just pulled into the dealership. I apologize I cannot remember the young lady's name but,I believe it was Ali, she made sure she we were taken care of and handed us off to Paul Scheuing. As I mentioned we were not certain about what we wanted and I was concerned about being pushed for the up sell, that never happened! Paul listened to what were were looking for and presented options and helped us narrow down our search to what ended up being our final selection. When it came to buy or lease again the decision was all ours and both options were put in front of us for our decision. Once we agreed with the deal Paul introduced us to Tony Kwak who wrote up our agreement and finished the sale. Tony again presented several additional options and never did push the up sell services. Once were were done Paul took the time to demonstrate the Sync and car options. Nice to know because we are a house of Android and Apple and he took the time to show us how each device worked with the vehicle. Overall this was not a stressful experience and I never felt pressured to do something I didn't want to. . More
