These gentlemen were very helpful in helping my wife and I to pick a car that suited our needs without breaking the budget. When it came to outlining details in differences between models and available upgrades, David was very helpful. When it finally time to agree on a price, Jerry was very helpful towards making a deal that worked for everyone involved. I even drove off thinking I'd gotten and great deal, and Jerry called me a few days later to let me know that I'd qualified for another $1k of incentives that hadn't come up when we bought the car. Dealership willing to help - even without a purchase! After receiving new license plates in the mail for a recent used motor home purchase - I found myself without any screws to secure the plates. I stopped by Ditschman/Flemington Ford dealership - in my non Ford car and explained my dilemma to salesman Kevin Crowley. Hoping they could help as the coach is on a Ford body - gladly supplied me with their standard screws and said to stop by with the RV if I had issues. I was able to secure the front plates no problem, but the back was not standard so true to his word Kevin came outside when I drove in with the motorhome and spent almost an hour with the parts department and found a solution to secure the plates. They could have easily sent me away - yet went above and beyond to help me out! All this with no related purchase - but I know where my next purchase will be! More
