When I went in last week in the hopes of purchasing a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport, the com Chris Messina & Tommy Santangelo went above and beyond for me. When I went in last week in the hopes of purchasing a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport, the company system was down and unfortunately, they were unable to process the purchase. I live almost an hour away so comig back any time soon would be and inconvenience, but they came through for me! They processed all of the necessary paperwork and Tommy personally hand delivered the truck to my house yesterday morning!! The entire team is extremely helpful and friendly and Chris Messina went above & beyond again to make sure we were in the perfect car. He listened to my requirements and provided me choices, without being pushy. He even went as far as to let me put all my baby gear into a car to see if it would fit or if I needed something bigger for our growing family. Since we now have two young children, Chris, Tony Kwak and Paul Scheuing made the entire leasing process as easy and straightforward as possible - even emailing us forms and letting us email them back so that we didn't have to spend an entire night at the dealership. We live about 30 minutes from Ditschman and even though there are several dealerships closer to us, we will continue to go back and work with Chris anytime we need a new car. He is courteous, professional and an overall pleasure to work with. More

We shopped around at other dealerships and online and honestly could have bought the car cheaper elsewhere. However, having been in sales myself for many. many years, I wanted Attila to have the sale. He took the time to ask the right questions and was thorough with his follow up. We had a pleasant conversation as well as getting information on the truck. Shawn offered a test drive and from there things just took off! We felt very comfortable with Shawn as we feel, we made a best friend. Once inside the showroom my wife and I continued to be treated like royalty. Then we met Beth Delaney, who also made my wife and I very comfortable, once again we made a best friend!! Everthing was just right and we continued with the purchase. The truck was held for us while finances were in order and the week long communication with Shawn and Beth was way over professionalism!
