On our first trip, Monday September 21, 2015, we were immediately, warmly greeted by Manjula. we explained our needs/wants to her, and we took a test drive of an F150 and told her that we would be back Saturday. She called us twice between then and Saturday the 26th, honestly probably would have only been once had I not missed her first call, to confirm our appointment. Other than that there was no hassle or pressure from her for a sail. Just wonderful, honest, patient service. When we asked her questions that she was unsure about, she immediacy sought out answers from both Christopher Biondi and Mark Schmaling.
