My initial contact was with Chris Messina, Manager, who patiently answered all of my many detailed email questions. My Client Advisor, Marianne Rosato, was helpful, knowledgeable, ready/willing to make changes from constraints to help ensure that my truck would get built and, ultimately, the reason I was able to get one of these rare Hybrids in just over 4 months! Michael Barone, Finance Manager, was knowledgeable and efficient, getting me through the paperwork and on my way. They accommodated my Ford Farm Bureau certificate rebate as well. Never did I feel pressured throughout the entire professional experience. I would use Marianne and Ciocca again! More

Flemington ford as always was courteous and professional. The staff is polite and keeps me informed of all work being done. My only complaint is that I cannot sign out as a guest on this review.
