First of all, Ciocca changed our appointment because they incorrectly scheduled with the wrong service team. Then they said it would take 2-3 hours, when in actuality it took the entire day. Then we got home and read the service report, and it said we have a critical issue with the rear shocks, but no one told us, while you had the vehicle, or even when we picked it up, that this was necessary. We would have had you take care of it while the vehicle was there for service. Now, we’ve scheduled that service with another mechanic, and we won’t be servicing our truck there in the future. My husband called and left a message for Todd Baty, and he has not returned his call. More
