We went car shopping just to see what was out there. We were considering a new vehicle in the Spring. We were impressed with the Dealership and Tiana. Tiana was professional and patient with us. She was extremely busy with other customers, but still gave us the time and information we needed to make us happy. i could simply write "awesome" over and over and it would be completely accurate. we decided to buy my wife her first new car and tom and beth listened to her needs and helped her understand cho and it would be completely accurate. we decided to buy my wife her first new car and tom and beth listened to her needs and helped her understand choices she didn't even know she had.my wife was really nervous but i told her these people will make it easy and boy was i right! we had a problem with my insurance company being closed and therefore unable to confirm coverage but somehow tom manage to get an agent to call him from her home ON HER DAY OFF NO LESS to get the paperwork done and allow us to drive the car home that day. unbelievable! that's going the extra mile and then some. beth went over the different options re: financing and made it all understandable. well done people. this is exactly why i returned to this dealership to make my purchase. it's an hour away from my home but i do not regret passing the other dealerships to get the customer service i get from ditschman. i'll see you again when it comes time to buy number 7 from you! keep up the great work More
