Here’s ‘MY’ story: I called the dealership and spoke to Chris, on the phone, about a specific car I was interested in. He took all of my information within 15 minutes. Due to my specific circumstances he called me back within an hour or so and offered me several options for purchase and lease, as well as, what he could give me for my trade-in. I knew he had the deal as he was talking to me; however, I just needed to decide which option worked best for me. Chris and I spoke again to confirm my selection and during that short time he was having the car all prepped for me. Due to my specific circumstances he even offered to have someone pick me up and my current trade-in vehicle. I waited until the next day to square away a few details on my side and came in with family. I found out it was Chris’ day off but he didn’t mind coming in and completing the transaction for me.
