My overall experience was first rate. I had received a timely phone call from Bryann to set up my appointment. I asked for a test drive and she said Joe Valenti will be out with the plates and made a copy of my license. Joe came out, introduced himself and and started in with how this vehicle operates. Very knowledge about the truck and any question I had was answered quickly ....no hang time to get the answer. My trade was evaluated and I was pleased with the $$$. In minutes I had all the info I needed to decide. No pushing for a decision then and there. I was comfortable with the process and decided this was the company I wanted to do business with. I needed to speak with my finance guy to set up getting my investment portfolio on monday and was told OK. I came in Monday signed the necessary paperwork and my vehicle was ready. Joe set up my phone, Sirius radio, went through all the bells and whistles. Joe is still helping with a problem with Sirius activation, i.e. # of months on contract.
