We had a excellent, new car buying experience at this dealership. We live an hour away, and it was certainly worth the trip. The major plus for buying here is that, most importantly, we didn't feel pressured, unlike other dealerships in our local area that greet you with desperate measures and call you constantly once you're out the door. Our salesman, Fred Kress, was courteous and professional at all times. He was all business, without going into the small chit-chat. And he knew the workings of our vehicle from top to bottom. On the day we arrived to pick up the Escape, he even let us test ride it first to make sure we felt comfortable with it before signing the papers. And he spent a lot of time showing us the features and how each one works. A lot of the preliminary paperwork was done in advance, and we were even able to get our new license plate before we drove off. We couldn't rave enough about recommending this dealership to others. I enjoyed my experience at Flemington Ford! My husband and I came in to test drive an Escape after my vehicle was totaled in a rear end accident. We were referred to Mark Schmaling where we told him we we and I came in to test drive an Escape after my vehicle was totaled in a rear end accident. We were referred to Mark Schmaling where we told him we were indeed going to be purchaseing a new car and were interested in the Escape. Mark took us for a test drive and gave us dome pricing info and let us go on our way. Mark was the type of Salesman I like working with because he wasn't pushy, he sold the Escape to us on that day a month before we purchased our actual car. Through our journey of test driving the Mazda CX5, the Nissan Rogue, and the Honda CRV we kept coming back to the Escape. We were waiting for our settlement check and when it finally arrived to us a month after, my husband suggested going back to retest the Escape and go through all of the options and ins and outs of the car. I can truly say that MArk was the reason we went with the Ford Escape! Mark was very knowledagble and informative and walked me through every nook and cranny of the Escape. I was really hoping for a white version of the car and at the time of purchase there was only one silver in the style/price range I was looking for but Mark searched for another color option for me and low and behold found a white in the exact style I was looking for. I am a firm believer in "Meant to Be's" and that was the icing on the cake for me. My husband and I came back that night and signed the paper work. Through it all Mark was very helpful, he even helped me sync my phone and show me again how to use the voice activated commands. I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Flemington Ford and my new White Ford Escape, after not having a car for almost a month and a half I am happy to say that I love this car! The primary reason I purchased the vehicle was the friendly but professional experience provided by Dave Hill. I was concurrently considering a 2014 GMC Sierra from your affiliated GMC dealership and friendly but professional experience provided by Dave Hill. I was concurrently considering a 2014 GMC Sierra from your affiliated GMC dealership and had ultimately selected their vehicle based solely on price and MPG (note: this 24 month short term lease is solely to get me to the new and fuel efficient 2015 Ford F150 when offered). However, mid-morning on 9/30 they informed me that the car I had selected (to be swapped with another dealer) had not been delivered, despite their assurances that it was on its way the previous Friday. (That same Friday I informed Dave at Ford that I would not take him up on his offer since it was solely and economic decision but I promised him I would talk to him again in 18 months as I approached my lease termination to purchase the new F150). Frustratingly, the GMC dealer knew all weekend that the swap was not happening and they did not inform me until it was too late to find and deliver another one that met my specs before month end (and the thus the expiration of certain incentives). At that point, I called Dave back to see if the F150 I liked was still on his lot and it was and he quickly arranged for my lease that day (note: a bed liner and cover was not able to be installed as I had desired in the lease on such short notice but Dave considerately arranged for a quick appointment with the Ford Service Center to have them conveniently installed two days later on the morning of 10/2). Again, I want to emphasize that I would not have used your "family" of dealerships at all after the negative GMC experience but for the service provided to me by Dave Hill. More

I have been searching for a used Chey suburban for a few months. I found one at another dealership and could not make a deal. I continued to search and found this one at Ditchman.
