I have to be honest and say i was hesitant getting a new car solely bc of the confusion and head aches that come with it. I have been a customer of Flemington Car and Truck for almost 30 years. I have always been treated with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. I always admire the fact that all sales staff wear white shirts and that when calling the dealership,the phone rings just once and it is answered by a friendly voice. My initial visit was with sales manager,Jim O'Brien and Steve Kalafer(a partner/owner). Both men greeted me like family and although a priced was agreed upon prior to my visit, the purchase process was extremely smooth and expeditious. My salesman,Chris Messina was knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and calls. I knew immediately that he was a seasoned staff member who knew his products and how to expedite the purchase process. He was not only good with a pen but was able to install my license plates and wiped down portions of my car that were still wet from the prep shop. Chris will be my salesman for future purchases. My visit concluded with the Business Manager,Kevin Hayden who dealt with all the financials and additional warranty packages that were available to the buyer.I was impressed with Kevin's easy going demeanor,his knowledge base and the ability to answer question that were outside his area of expertise. He handled the mountain of paper related to the purchase process with ease and efficiency. Great job! More

Ellen greeted us upon arrival and made us feel right at home. Upon finding our desire to consider the Ford Explorer she set us up with Kevin, who proved to have an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the Exp home. We determined that we wanted the Explorer Sport, and he found that the exact model we wanted was already in transit to the dealer. After the test drive it was clear that the was the perfect car for our needs. Kevin and the business office manager made the purchase process fast, simple, understandable and quite transparent. Yes, they actually made buying a car fun! Kevin then was able to educate us on the many features of the Explorer and even synched all of our phones. In a relatively brief time we all felt well equipped to use the many features the Explorer offered. An exemplary job by a great team! More
Out of the several car dealerships my wife and I visited, Mark was the most relaxed, easy going, pleasant, and knowledgeable salesperson. Whenever my wife and I purchase a big ticket item, we carefully rese Mark was the most relaxed, easy going, pleasant, and knowledgeable salesperson. Whenever my wife and I purchase a big ticket item, we carefully research the product and make an informed decision. Although the salespeople at the other dealerships were knowledgeable, they were also extremely high pressure. They constantly left voice mail messages and e-mail messages, and didn't allow us the freedom to make a decision. By it's nature, the sales industry is a high pressure and you never went to allow a potential customer to leave without closing a deal. However, the other salespeople forgot something that Mark didn't and that was know your customer. Marked asked two questions and he immediately knew we were informed buyers. He didn't waste time. He quickly answered some questions, take a test drive, and allowed us the time to make a decision without the constant pestering. After one week, he merely sent one e-mail unlike the others who sent dozens of e-mails and phone calls. He was extremely helpful in providing us some tips on the vehicle along with some the rebate offers that the other dealerships did not. Like Mark, Kevin was also relaxed, pleasant, and knowledgeable. From previous experiences, my wife and I know that the finance person has to discuss the special offers and warranties the dealership offers. After finally purchasing a vehicle, most customers aren't prepared for the last minute offers and at times can feel pressured. Kevin was different from most finance people. He showed us the different packages and instead of laboriously discussing the details of each one he simply asked how many miles we planned to drive the vehicle for the year and what package would be suitable for us. Like Mark, he also allowed us the freedom to make an informed decision. He provided us with information on the different services a certain package offered. He answered our questions and provided us with some insight regarding the finacing. Both Mark and Kevin was extremely helpful in arranging to have our vehicle have a spray-in bed liner and then coordinated with our hectic work schedules to pick it up. More

Went to the dealership wanted to test drive a truck and not to be pressured into buying anything on the spot. Met with Mark and we went out on a test drive and he was very familiar with the truck and all not to be pressured into buying anything on the spot. We priced out what I was looking for and I left that day with a good feel for the truck and how much it was going to cost. A week later I put an order in with Mark over the phone and email and he kept me up to speed throughout production to delivery and it was an extremely easy process. When the truck came in, Mark went through all of the features in detail and I left very satisfied. I also worked with Kevin who informed me as to all the warranty options and additional coverages I could add to the truck without trying to push it on me. I was able to choose what i wanted with no pressure at all. This was the 2nd purchase from this dealer this year and have been completely satisfied on both occasions.
