David Hill was my sales representative. I enjoyed my time with him immensely. He was informative, prompt and quickly got me to the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Because we had purchased a number of previous vehicles with the dealership and David (we're a commercial customer), pricing was not an issue, which made the experience much more pleasurable. Kevin Hayden (standing in for Jeff Cremer) was my Finance Manager. He clearly went through all the documents, went through all the options as far as optional coverages and services, and didn't hound me to purchase these optional items. The paperwork went very smoothly and quickly. Overall, it was the easiest and best experience I have had at a car dealership. The reason is because of the people I dealt with (David Hill and Kevin Hayden). When questioning the "ride" of an Explorer, Tom immediately had the service center lower the tire pressure and we test drove it a second time. We loved it and that actually became the vehicle we purchased! Jeff in Finance was pleasant and very helpful in suggesting payment options as well. We were able to pick up our vehicle the very next day and all was in order when we arrived at the dealership.
