We were greeted with a smile and enthusiasm... someone who cared and wanted to do business. Since I knew what I was looking for by this time, it was a fairly easy process. We just needed to find the right car and price which Brian did in a matter of hours. My husband came to take a test drive and we agreed on a price. Unfortunately over the weekend a competitors ad beat that price with an Expedition that had more options. I called Jim Obrien to let him know and ask if he could do anything better on the truck we had chosen and all my reasons. After a couple of phone calls and I'm sure some frustration on both sides, we were able to go home in the truck they had brought from MD for us. Chris Callahan could not have been more organized and efficient in the finance area. We have heard wonderful things about Flemington Ford and they're service department and I'm happy to say we experienced the same! More

Both Britt and Tiana made my experience very easy. There was no pressure with the purchase of my car. Tiana took me out for a test drive and then showed me what colors the car was available in. From the moment I walked on to the showroom I felt like I was taken care of in a professional, courteous manner. Sales was done with no pressure however, the vehicle we traded in was registered in two names and all the paperwork on the purchased vehicle was done in one name. It all had to be redone and we sat in the dealership for an extra two and a half hours for a total of three and a half hours just to pick up our new purchase. The vehicle we traded in was priced by Kelly Blue Book at a reasonable amount but the dealership would not budge above the lowest figure even though our trade was actually valued much higher. There was no give or take in the trade on their part which at that point was almost complete and we had no choice but to take what they offered us. More
