My wife and I stopped in just to 'browse" at Flemington Ford. We were interested in a Ford C-Max hybrid. Tiana asked if we needed any help and we ended up chatting about the vehicle. We test drove the vehicle and received some preliminary payments/numbers. I was surprised to have received quotes from a dealership that were better than I expected to begin with. Tiana was great, no pressure and just very helpful and friendly! We left for the night without the usual awkwardness of the sales manager and reps staring at us like "why are you not leaving with our vehicle?" I called Tiana that next morning and asked Tiana if she could provide a better value on my trade-in and if so, I would move forward with the purchase. They met my request and we ended up purchasing the car. I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle on a Thursday and unfortunately Tiana was out sick that day. She ended up making the drive in to ensure I received my car on the day promised even though she was under the weather! Talk about customer service!! This is my second purchase from this particular dealership and I feel that I will be returning there for my next vehicle as well. More
