Scott Day knew i was in the market for a new truck and suggested that my husband and I visit Ditschman/Flemington Ford; he assisted me in setting up an appointment with Chris Messina. I was able to test drive an F-150 (which is the vehicle i purchased) that afternoon and was also offered what I consider a very satisfactory price for the trade in of my old truck. I made an appointment for the following week to finalize the purchase. When my husband and I arrived we met with Chris again, then met with Jeff Cramer to actually sign all the pertinent documents and arrange for the additional services in which I was interested. Jeff was patient with all the questions and answered everything completely and to my satisfaction. Once that was completed and all papers dealt with we again met with Chris who gave me (and my husband) a final demonstration of all the lovely new features of my lovely new truck! I would not hesitate to recommend Ditschman/Fleming Ford to anyone in the market for a vehicle, and would absolutely recommend the folks who helped us so ably. Thank you. More

I traded my 1988 Dodge Dakota Sport for a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie after seeing it listed on cars.com. I contacted Antonia at the dealership for an appointment the next day. I can't say enough about their down to earth, family oriented, friendly attitudes. Beth Delaney did an outstanding job explaining the finances and my options. They all made me feel at home. We agreed on a price which was reasonable for my trade and the vehicle I was purchasing which was confirmed with a handshake. I was to pick up my new vehicle in 2 days and asked Joe if he needed a deposit to which he replied no, we shook hands on it and thats good enough. I returned to pick up my new truck which was ready and after the paperwork with Beth I left with the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle.
