Buyers were always worried that a fast talking salesman was going to take advantage of them. The world wide web took a bit of the sting out of this as buyers are more info than ever, but most still needed to walk into a dealership and put ourselves at the mercy of a salesperson whose only eyes were on the prize of commission. Enter Tiana Ireland of Flemington Car and Truck Country, what a simply pure joy to interact with. I was looking for a vehicle that was 3 to 4 years old with mild mileage. I didn't need a status symbol just a well built car that would get me to all of the municipal meetings all over Hunterdon County. First thing which is so very important Tiana did not push. She listened to what I had to say and what I thought about the cars I had already looked at online. She took into consideration my needs, gas mileage and a roomy back seat for children who were on the large size, and she got a good feel for what I could realistically afford and narrowed down choices for me that she thought would be good values and provide a car that would last a good while. Again not pushing she was very polite and kind as we took a look around the lot at cars she thought I would enjoy and frankly everyone of them was dialed in on what we had talked about. She did not try to extend my budget or put me in an impractical vehicle, even though my eyes widened when passing the convertible that my mid life crisis craved for, and we finally came upon a few choices. Test driving is always an interesting experience as you are now in close quarters with a stranger and you really want to take the car up to 120 mph and see how fast it will stop but you don't want to scare the daylights out of them either. Tiana was more than happy to indulge me wherever I wanted to go and she was very easy to make small talk with as we took our tour of the countryside. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and before we pulled back in I was sold, not because she had "sold" me, but because she had allowed me the pleasure of educating and selling myself to the point of where I was very happy with my selection. Once I had decided she made it incredibly easy to get the paper work cared for, which is sometime and arduous duty, and had the car ready for me one day later. When I returned the next day it was clear she had done her homework on my vehicle and again took me for a drive to make sure I knew how to operate all the bells and whistles instead of having to figure them out on my own on the way home. She was tireless in her preparation of me and even set up my phone for me to play through the blue tooth radio speakers, which would have taken me considerably longer to figure out had I been left to the chore on my own. I am also happy to report that I received a nice letter from her over the Holidays inquiring as to whether I needed anything and if everything was ok with the vehicle. I am more than happy to recommend Tiana Ireland to any of you who are thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle. I had to get 4 new tires on my car. I called Chad as we always deal with him and he gave me a great price. When I took the car home it wasn't right. My husband and I had been looking for a truck for a few months both online and visiting various dealerships in our area. We found one that looked perfect at Ditschman and were hopeful that the hour long drive we had from Deptford to Flemington would be worth our effort. I had been praying that God would lead us to the right truck and the right people to aid in our purchase and boy did he come through! The process could not have been easier or more pleasant! We had our puppies with us when we came to have a look at the truck and they were welcomed with open arms! Beth got them water and treats and even watched them while we took a test drive. Chris Messina came highly recommended by a family member and his customer service did not disappoint. From the moment we sat down with Chris at the dealership, I knew we’d be in good hands. Not only was he and his customer service did not disappoint. From the moment we sat down with Chris at the dealership, I knew we’d be in good hands. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was never pushy and did not try to steer us in the direction of another model or push us to purchase options that we had stated we did not need. He showed us a 2013 Ford Escape that had everything I had requested and before we test drove the vehicle, took the time to explain all the aspects of the car and actually showed me how all the different functions worked. After the test drive, when we told him we were interested in leasing the vehicle, he ran numbers and provided us with all available payment/plan options for a lease, which I greatly appreciated because we did not receive that courtesy from another dealership we visited. When we picked up the vehicle a few days later, Chris introduced us to Jeff Cramer, who, like Chris, was also extremely professional and very respectful of our time. The paperwork was all drawn up and we just had to take a few minutes to sign and review lease terms. Before we drove off the lot, Chris again took the time to make sure that I was comfortable in the vehicle and even assisted with syncing my phone with the car and showing me how to save addresses in the navigation system. Not only am I happy with my new car, I truly feel that we received exceptional service from Chris Messina at Ditschman/Flemington Ford Lincoln. There is no doubt that we will continue to use him for future car purchases and recommend him to anyone seeking to purchase a new vehicle. More
