We have not purchased a car sinced 2003 and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Ditschman Ford/Lincoln. I had some e-mail correspondence with Peter Soly prior to our visit and was impres pleasantly surprised by our experience at Ditschman Ford/Lincoln. I had some e-mail correspondence with Peter Soly prior to our visit and was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. I had also corresponded with some other dealerships and was not as impressed as I was with Peter. We decided to visit the dealership and lo and behold, we wound up purchasing a new Fusion. Peter and Chris Callahan were very kind to us and answered all of our questions. The price was more than fair and our time spent at the dealership was very pleasant and fruitful. We would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle and in fact, we probably will be looking in a year or so as our Ford Escape has about 140,000 miles on it. Overall, Ray was very friendly until it came down to the numbers. I told him that I had a number where I needed to be out the door after the trade pay off and the new vehicle. He told me that he was confident they would be close. Ray came back with $18,500 as the trade value. This was $4,000 less than I just received at another dealer. They are selling at this auction for this amount and KBB even has the trade it at $21,700. They were obviously trying to steal the trade for a vey low figure. Where is the integrity? More
