I have dealt with Chris Messina for a long time, he has always made the buying experience incredibly hassle free. This time in particular went incredibly fast and smooth. I totaled my Jeep Wrangler (which I bought from Flemington Jeep) on 5/10 at 8 AM. Luckily, I walked away from the accident. Around 2pm I figured I should look for a new car as there was no possibility the Jeep will be salvaged. Chris was off that day and I mentioned to Tom the circumstances surrounding my visit and that I normally deal with Chris. He extended me the same courtesy that Chris has always shown me, allowing me to look at and test drive 2 trucks. To make a long story short, after a few easy emails and 1 phone call with Chris I drove away on Friday evening in my new F150 110% satisfied. I went to Ditschman/Flemington Ford Lincoln upon a referral from a friend who bought her car from them a few years ago. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I test drove the Hyundai XG350 and I was not too sure about buying the car. Robert took the time to go over in details about the special features of this particular car as well as the some for the others that the dealership had available. He also went over the financing process. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease about calling him with my questions (even on his day off). A few days later, I test drove 2 addional cars with Robert. I bought the XG350 and paid cash, and I’m very happy with my purchase! He was great with following-up also.
