Very Very satisfied with the preowned side of the dealership. The new vehicle showroom however...we were not impressed. Our Salesman Fred Kress and Finance manager Kevin Hayden were both very informative, friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly Honest! It was a unique car buying experience. Over the years I have purchased or leased over 20 new vehicles from various dealerships and by far Ditschman Ford was the best experience. I believe we paid a fair price and never felt pressured. Tom let us drive as many vehicles as we wanted to in order to make our decision on the Flex. Once we decided on the Flex, he went out of his way to help us understand the many features that were new t order to make our decision on the Flex. The good response to the quality of work relates to a flaw on the passenger front fender where there was bubbled paint which was no fault of Ditschman but the KC Assembly Plant in terms of its QC.
