The day was miserable - snowstorm in October - but we planned on purchasing a new or use new vehicle. Actually, I've never had any good experiences. We went to look at a used but when we looked at the new one Tom found hot off the truck I had to have it. Unfortunately the vehicle needed to be prepped so we were there all day but Tom kept us posted and made us feel right at home as well as everyone at the dealership. I would have no hesitation on recommending them to others.
