Ernie's knowledge of the vehicle was tremendous compared to some of the salesmen we dealt with at other dealerships. He also stayed a good half hour after closing on a week night to make sure that we had a solid understanding of the features of our new vehicle. More

When it came time to pick up the car, he arranged everything for me so I could get in & out. I work in the city so I wasn't able to get to the dealership early so Tom hung out well after closing to make sure I had everything I needed. He could not have been more accomodating.
