I have found a truly customer focused dealership in Ditschman Ford. From our first visit, Tom Santangelo was available to answer our questions yet not follow us around the lot like an aggressive hound. He encouraged us to test drive the car of our choice, and when we showed up with the whole crew in tow, he insisted we take the kids for a spin as well. I had a long relationship with my minivan. I expected to feel some sadness when I traded it in for my new Ford. That melancholy feeling lasted until I started up the new car and pulled out of the lot. I have not looked back. I know that if I have questions about my new car, I can call Tom at any time. If he can't answer them, one of his many tech guys can. They strive to make sure their customers are satisfied and their car buying experience is enjoyable.
