Stunned at how many amazing features it has and how well it has been received by so many people who have examined its luxury, its safety and its design. My wife and I love it. And my wife is not easy to please, very discerning. The people at Ciocca were willing to do a deal and make it mutually beneficial. Lots of energy in the dealership as well. Even found the team in the service department were willing to answer a few questions. More
I went to get routine maintenance. Afterwards, my car then stalled in the parking lot. They found the issue with a sensor and replaced the part with no extra charge. In addition to basic service and a recall, I specifically asked the service department to check a potential issue I had researched regarding the F-150s rolling off the line extremely low on rear differential asked the service department to check a potential issue I had researched regarding the F-150s rolling off the line extremely low on rear differential fluid. I was impressed that Ciocca Ford Lawrenceville not only took the time to address the issue, they actually sent me a video of the tech performing a walk around on my vehicle and confirming that the fluid was, in fact, a half quart low. I had read stories from other F-150 owners stating they had requested their respective dealerships to check this issue. Many customers indicated that their dealership never actually checked the level but reported back to the customer that the level was fine or added fluid to the rear but charged the customer for the labor and/or fluid used. Turns out I didn’t have to worry about Ciocca as they performed the service and used common sense to understand the customer should not have to pay for something (even something so minimal as rear diff fluid) when this was clearly a manufacturer error. Well done! I found their pricing to be relatively reasonable (for a dealership) and will be using them as my regular service dealership even though I have several other Ford dealerships closer to my home. More
