Had an appointment for 11:40 on a Friday. Nobody even looked at the car until Monday. Extremely poor communication. Problem was not fixed because there was no code showing. They were never condescending and didn’t try to rush me through anything just to make the sale. They also got me a lower interest rate than the one I came in with! These young men were amazing and I love the car I purchased! Chris was always there to supervise, approve or answer any questions as their manager. They all work very well together. dropped car off at Thursday night for early Fri Am appointment for 50k service and a fix for my console. Nobody called on statis of car. When I called, told to wait and he will call back. So when a I called again mid afternoon Friday, status was no work on console. So I had to pick up and reschedule as I needed care for weekend. Not good, as I purposely dropped the car of early the night before to male the time. More
