Great customer service and competitive pricing Most of the time with dealers, you either get good customer service, with non-competitive prices, or competitive prices with limited customer service, Most of the time with dealers, you either get good customer service, with non-competitive prices, or competitive prices with limited customer service, but with Ciocca Ford of Quakertown you get both (with honest / transparent pricing). We live in NJ, about 2 hrs from Quakertown and found this dealer via TrueCar. Unlike other salesmen, Josh Schwoyer understood the distance and worked with us via phone/text to accommodate us before we even took the drive. I’ve went to a few deals in my time for other cars and there’s always some fine print, hidden fee, etc., that changes what is shown online or communicated over the phone. This wasn’t the case with Josh or Ciocca – open from day one. I was looking for specific specs for a 2015 Explorer and didn’t want to wait for special order. Josh brought in his manager and they looked far and wide to get the explorer we requested. They found one, but then suggested that I could actually save money if I ordered and bought new from factory. That was what we wound up doing – spec’d it out and the Sales Manager even worked with Ford Corporate to get a Ford coupon applied to our vehicle that other deals said wouldn’t work. Josh went out of from day one to make us happy – full attention while we were there, followed up on all questions, went to bat for us with finance department to assist with financing rates and kept us up to speed on status of the manufacturing status of the new vehicle. In the end, we have a great car that we love and obtained it with a great experience. I recommend Ciocca Ford and Josh if you want full transparency and good prices and customer service. Rich More

Amazing experience I went into ciocca ford because my boyfriend had bought a brand new truck from there and we had a great experience. When I went in to look at a new es I went into ciocca ford because my boyfriend had bought a brand new truck from there and we had a great experience. When I went in to look at a new escape for myself I had Matt Dymit as my salesman. He contacted me with a picture of the car I was coming to look at and it was raining that day and he had pulled it in the bay for me so me and my daughter didn't have to get wet. I felt very comfortable and didn't get pressured at all. The price I was being offered for the escape was a great deal. I was stuck between finishing off nursing school or buying a new car. I decided to go with nursing school but still check the site to see if something catches my eye as well as driving by and I know that Matt is just one phone call away and was always there when I had a question even when he wasn't at work! Great people great service I couldn't write a bad review of my experience. Looking forward to finishing nursing school and taking my business there no where else for my brand new car!! More
