I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Ciocca Ford! The General Manager, Brian, was exceptional and hands-on throughout. Their Used Car Manager, Jonah, was awesome. I was made to feel like a valu Ford! The General Manager, Brian, was exceptional and hands-on throughout. Their Used Car Manager, Jonah, was awesome. I was made to feel like a valued customer and I was very pleased with the trade-in value Jonah offered me for my Cadillac. Dane, my sales guy, was extremely patient and helpful, and went above and beyond to provide me with an excellent customer service experience. Lastly, Kris, the Finance Manager was superb. He explained all the add-on options in great detail and I didn’t get the feeling that he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. This is the second car I’ve purchased from Ciocca Ford and I will absolutely make this my Number One go-to for any future car purchases! Nice work, Team!!! More

Came here for my second personal ford purchase after great family experience in the past. All staff is friendly and personable. Worked with Jason for sales and Tom for delivery.
