I've shopped around other dealerships and I always come back to Big Mike because I know that he really is giving the best deal around. I would recommend to him to anyone. He does his best to find the car that with the options that you are looking for. He isn't like the other salesmen from other dealerships that I have been to. He doesn't pressure you into getting you don't want, and there really isn't any hassling with him because the price he quotes you at, is the best there is. When I was first looking into getting my first vehicle, he showed me what types of vehicles I should look at for a certain monthly payment, as well as what to expect to pay monthly for vehicles that cost a certain amount. He also doesn't keep calling you seemingly every other day bothering you if you would like more info on a car. I've had salesmen do that to me, which pushed me away from that dealership. He's relaxed and understanding. If you tell him that you're just looking, he won't keep pushing to try and come in to try and sell you a car before you make your decision. I will only buy from him. If you want a great car buying experience from a salesmen that is not the same as the others from other dealerships, talk to Big Mike! More

Great first time buying experience! I recently leased a 2015 Ford Escape from Ciocca Ford. Many of my family members have bought cars from one of the Ciocca dealers in Quakertown, and s I recently leased a 2015 Ford Escape from Ciocca Ford. Many of my family members have bought cars from one of the Ciocca dealers in Quakertown, and since we were in the area we decided to check them out. This was my first time buying a car and was trading up from a 2001 civic. Initially we didn't go with the intention of buying that weekend, but ended up leaving on Saturday with a new car! My salesperson was Matt Dymit. He helped me find the perfect car for me, and even met us at another Ciocca dealership so I could test drive a comparable model. Matt was able to get me some more money for my trade and worked really hard to get me the car I loved at a price I could afford. Peter Dobrowolski helped out with financing and was able to get the monthly payments to an affordable rate. I was able to take advantage of certain deals Ford had such as a recent college grad discount and a new car buyer discount. Matt and Peter both went out of their way to make this work for me, and I love my new car. Everyone else at the dealership was very friendly as well. More
