Big Mike went over the entire car with me on delivery (which believe it or not has never happened for me in the 10+ cars I have owned over the years. When my lease was up on my 2010 Edge I had just moved to Pennsylvania & was ready to trade it in for something else. I met Jimmy Breslin & found myself in a 2013 Edge. Jimmy made the process simple, was available at every moment & set up an incredible deal. The deal made me realize I was overpaying on my last lease & a friendship was born. Last week I decided to lease a new vehicle as a 2nd family car & after a few texts to Jimmy I found myself in a 2015 focus the next day. He makes it too easy....Sooo easy & affordable that I'll see him early next year when my Edge lease is up & I drive out with my dream truck, 2016 Ford F150. Well whatever he sells I'm buying. I could have driven 5 minutes to my local dealership but to buy from Jimmy I drove 40 minutes because I know he's honest. He even met me the next day on his day off when I went to pick up my focus. The whole crew at Ciocca are good people. They even let me check out their personal Ford's they own. I figured that every car dealer will make that statement, and didn't think too much of it, but he proved to be true to his word. Since buying the car, Josh has been a wonderful help.
