After reviewing your visit, we’d like to offer some context. Your vehicle is part of a fleet account, and unfortunately, the repairs required fleet authorization before we could proceed. That approval process took 8 days, during which we were unable to begin work. We agree that we should have communicated this more clearly and consistently — and we take full responsibility for falling short in that area.
