I highly recommend Matt Dymitt, he was very helpful and knowledgeable with my past purchase! I have had my car now going on 4 years now and have had barely any issues with it. It still runs great! Great experience The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took me through the process in a very timely fashion. I feel the price I paid was very fair. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took me through the process in a very timely fashion. I feel the price I paid was very fair. More

It was time for me to trade in my older car that was starting to cost me hundreds of dollars a month to repair and maintain. Plus my CD player didn't work and I sometimes like to listen to audio books on my almost 2 hr. round trip drive to work. Their Internet manager, Allison, followed up on some online inquiries that I made. The Ciocca Ford sales manager, Nick, pointed out Ford's best deals & incentives on a couple of models. They had a couple of 2016 left overs and we leased one. My wife liked the car payment and she especially likes not having more repair bills. I'm happy having a reliable "back and forth" "go to work" car. Ciocca has really good people. I got a great trade in price on my 2010 Fusion with 133K miles. More

Don't waste your money! Our 2002 Ford Taurus brake pedal has a lot of travel before feeling the brakes taking hold. Another, independent dealer tried, in stages, making adjustments and replacing parts but nothing worked well. I thought by taking the car to a Ford dealer, Ciocca, they might have a fix. (We were very pleased with their service on previous occasions.) However, the service manager, told me considering the age of the car they didn't think any additional analysis would correct the problem and suggested we would be throwing our money away. I greatly appreciated their honesty and that they didn't suggest repairs that would not have fixed the problem. I continue to drive the car but am alert to the excessive pedal travel and to make sure my foot doesn't drift to the right side and press the accelerator pedal while slowing or stopping. More
$80 to replace a tail light Sensor went off detailing "tail light malfunction", but all lights worked. Took the vehicle in to diagnose the problem. 4 hours later, the shop called Sensor went off detailing "tail light malfunction", but all lights worked. Took the vehicle in to diagnose the problem. 4 hours later, the shop called me. They ran a diagnostic (i.e., plugged it into a computer) and advised that the sensor was detecting a broken filament in a bulb. So they replaced a bulb and charged $80. Before they even looked at the vehicle, when my wife dropped the keys with the service center, they advised her that it might have something to do with the brakes, so they may recommend brakes. My wife advised that the brakes and rotors were replaced 2 weeks ago... by them. Awful. Over priced and constant upselling. More
