He walked me over to service and got the install scheduled on the spot. The process from purchase to install was less than 24 hours. Very happy with the finished product. Tim provided exceptional service. My truck needed a fair amount of repairs and was in for service for over a week. Went in for tires, service tried for more Said tires would take about 1 1/2 hours and tires would be in about 2pm. I dropped van off prior to 2 and was then told that it would take longer and Said tires would take about 1 1/2 hours and tires would be in about 2pm. I dropped van off prior to 2 and was then told that it would take longer and would be done by 5. When I called about 4:30 were working on it and would be done about 5:15. I got there about 5:20 and car was just getting done. When I called about 4:30 they said it needed a number of repairs. I declined repairs due to cost of over $1,000. Called my usual mechanic and got estimate for about 1/2 the cost for same work. More
