They had to order them and said they call when the cross bars cam When I purchased my 2017 Ford Escape Titanium I wanted cross bars for the roof rack. They had to order them and said they call when the cross bars came in. I purchased the vehicle son 11/23/16 and they called me on 12/5/16 to let me know that the cross bars were delivered. I made an appointment to have the cross bars installed on 12/6/16 @ 1:40 PM. I arrived at the service department at about 1:35 PM and checked in. I waited in their nice clean and comfortable waiting area for less than one hour before Tim came in to let me know that the job was completed and I was good to go. More

Tim was able to squeeze me into a Saturday Appointment on short notice. He checked me in very quickly and I was on my way. He called to give me a progress report, then called again when the car was ready to be picked up. The actual cost of the service was LOWER than the estimate which was a huge plus!!
