I knew that I was in the right place, and I am happy with my new mustang!! even though it took me two hours to get to Ciocca, the prices, selection, and the value of my trade in was not matched by any of my local dealers. Plus I had a couple hours' drive to get acclimated with driving a manual transmission car. More

I explained the issue and it was not easy to locate the issue but they stuck with it and found the problem. Paul kept me informed to what they were doing and got me a loaner car as they had to order the part. A little over 24 hours later I was back on the road. I highly recommend the Service Area, not so much the Sales Department, but Service is Aces. Paul and Mike are great to work with. More
