Excellent experience, clearly they focus on customer service I bought a Shelby GT350 from Ciocca. I live in NJ,however I couldn't find the combination of color and packaging I was looking for until I found it a I bought a Shelby GT350 from Ciocca. Immediately upon contacting them over the phone I was impressed with their customer service, knowledge, and speed to address my inquiries. I dealt with multiple people throughout the sales & finance process and I was thoroughly impressed with all of my interactions. Everyone was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, expedient, and I truly felt like they cared. I own, and have owned in the past, many luxury vehicles and I'd say my experience buying from Ciocca Ford was the best I've had. I realize I was purchasing a specialty vehicle, however I don't doubt they treat all of their customers like this. We negotiated everything over the phone in 1 day, and I picked the car up the next day. All the paperwork was ready to be signed upon arrival and everyone I had worked with over the phone made a point of finding me to say hello and congratulations on the purchase - truly unique! I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More

Best car purchase experience! This is by far the best buying experience I have had. The staff at Ciocca Ford were very friendly and easy to deal with. This was also the first "No Pressure" dealing I have ever had with a car salesman. Our salesman, Andrew Bowman, was very friendly and knowledgeable on the product he was selling. He want out of his way to make sure that I was able to "test drive" any vehicle I had an interest in. I left the Ciocca Ford, that day, with my new Ford Escape Titanium. I love the vehicle and all it's options. There is only one out standing item. On their "We Owe List" I'm waiting for the crossbars for my roof rack. We'll see how long it takes to get them. If it were me selling the vehicle, I would have taken the crossbars off another Escape on the lot. More

Great service & wash Mike Kardane outdid himself, service was good as always but Mike went way over my expectations on my yearly wash.
