I bought a used truck from you guys and had problems since day one and in order to get anything fixed I had to take it to another Ford dealership to get proof that there is something wrong and since then there was a used engine and two transmissions put in and I still have problems with the transmission and oil leaking and it's still under warranty but your company is telling me that I have to pay for it to be fixed. They are saying that parts are covered but labor isn't covered under the warrenty but why should I have to pay anything because I've been having these problems from the day I drove home after the engine and transmission were replaced and I have emails and everything to prove all this. I'm working on making copies of everything to send to the owner and show how his company is treating there customers because this is absolutely crazy. This is just the short version of things I've been dealing with and have a lot more that went on like tools left in the engine when it was replaced, bolts and nuts that were loose and/or missing and the list goes on and I have picture of all this as well

Kevin, I definitely appreciate the feedback and I do apologize for the experience you had. It looks like you actually purchased your vehicle from Ciocca Hyundai and not from us here at Ford of Quakertown. I would like to ask if you would be so kind as to take down the review for our store and place it to the correct location. We do understand we will not get 100% good reviews and we can always work on getting better but to have a bad review for a situation we were not involved with is not fair to all the hard working people at this location. Kevin are you referencing the warranty coverage? If that is the case, again, I implore you to remove the review because we were not the ones who sold you the warranty coverage and have no ability to over ride the coverage. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
