Excellent Service Regular service scheduled and performed as expected, on time. Noticed an error on the invoice for "Misc Charges". The fine print says it is calculated as 0% of parts and labor, not to exceed $0.00 for shop supplies. I was charged $11.90 for "Misc Charges". When I visited the service department for an explanation, they showed me what it was made up of and I accept that, but the fine print said "not to exceed $0.00. They understood my concern and gave me credit on my next visit. That was a fair settlement. More
