alignment of driver side doors I purchased a new 2016 Flex and noticed the chrome strip one the top of the driver's door did not align with the chrome strip on the rear door. When I purchased a new 2016 Flex and noticed the chrome strip one the top of the driver's door did not align with the chrome strip on the rear door. When I brought it to the attention of the salesman he immediately stated that he would have service contact me for a scheduled realignment of the doors. They did this within two days and provided me with a rental car during the appointment. The body shop team did a fine job at correcting the problem. The level of professionalism and compassion was re-assuring. The experience was positive on all levels. More

Excellent service and value I've had my F150 for 5 years and fortunately no major problems, but when I do have an issue or need service I know that Ciocca Quakertown will get it I've had my F150 for 5 years and fortunately no major problems, but when I do have an issue or need service I know that Ciocca Quakertown will get it fixed and get it right the first time, which is important to me. Working at a big truck dealership (tractor trailers) for over 20 years, I've seen first hand that paying a little more to get it done right the first time, is a lot cheaper than paying less, two or three times, to maybe get a problem resolved.
