I talked with Mike Kardane on the phone about the problem and followed his suggestion on a possible solu The navigation system on my Explorer failed. A couple of days later, the navigation system failed again with the message that the SD navigation card needed to be replaced. I called Mike Kardane and he immediately set up an appointment for me. The car was repaired and I have had no repeat of the problem. I am extremely pleased with the way this item was handled and will recommend this service center. Thank you. More

It could be a problem of the part itself, which might be beyond repair at the first place. But for the price that I paid, I hoped the fix would last longer. More
