I have been dealing with Ciocca Honda for several years. I recently traded my vehicle in for an SUV. I must say that Ciocca is by far the best dealership that I have dealt with. Mariah Juarez was excellent to deal with and very helpful! She didnt apply pressure like every other dealer or be pushy, she did an amazing job and kept it smooth! On the other hand when I was finalizing all my paperwork with the other guy in his office I told him atleast four times I did not want extra cost and he kept pushing and trying to get me to buy extra stuff after saying no four times to his face and then would go to his boss im assuming and come back in the room and proceed to keep asking me the same question just with different prices. No means no, so stop pushing for extra when I specifically said no many times. I was also owed a check for cash back on my trade in that he did not give me. Only reason why this is getting a 5 star rating is because Mariah was a rockstar at her job, so thank you Mariah very much for staying alittle after closing time and helping me drive away in a good car! This is a sad story It makes me very leery of the service at this dealer I have a 2012 Honda Accord V6 and I was on my way to the doctor and my car started smoking and and frequently stopping and going Lucki at this dealer I have a 2012 Honda Accord V6 and I was on my way to the doctor and my car started smoking and and frequently stopping and going Luckily I was near this dealer so I drove in to the service area Long story short they said I had to repair the car over $7400 I couldn't afford that but what's worse is I found out but the whole reason my car started smoking and stopping and going was because someone put too much oil in my carYes it has miss codes because it was xxxxxxx oil through the pcv and putting it back into the engine What is so terrible And you can tell there's a longer story behind it is this service place dealer never caught that or more importantly never told me And here I thought I had to go get a used car and my car didn't work but luckily I had it towed to this person and they fixed it for $70 Big difference very leery of Honda service dealer More
