I searched online for a used vehicle for months before vistiing a few dealers. My last and very BEST visit of the day was at Ciocca Honda. I dealt with the Dave in the past and was very pleasantly surprised to see him at Ciocca and glad to know I would be working with him again. HE IS BY FAR THE BEST SALESMAN I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! Dave listened to what I wanted, took me to the used Buick Lacrosse I wanted to see, drove it and came back to make a deal. The car was exactly what I was looking for and Dave helped me get an excellent deal. Jude Maydwell was the awesome finance man that processed all my paperwork. The process was quick, informative and efficient. I purchased my car and was on my way home with it within an hour and a half. That included start to finish of the sale AND the service Dept cleaning the car before I left. Overall, my Ciocca Honda experience was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Greg provided a comfortable environment that made it feel more like we were meeting a new friend rather than listening to a sales pitch. After some number crunching Jude walked us through the paper work and had us in our new car. As I cleaned out my old car Greg stayed to help us and made sure we had everything before leaving. The team at Ciocca stayed 3 hours past closing time to make sure we had a great car buying experience. I will refer my friends and family to the Ciocca family of dealerships. More

After gathering some information from me he got the wheels in motion and it seemed like the whole dealership was revved up to help find the car I was after and do it quickly, courteously, and professionally. They didn't have what I needed on their lot, but within 2 business days they had my new car ready and waiting for me. Mark, as well as all of the people I worked with, made me feel like I was their only customer and got me through the final processes swiftly and painlessly. Mark then took me through all the important points about my car, thoroughly explaining everything that I'd need to know to safely drive off the lot. Can't say enough about how friendly and professional Mark is, he's an all around great guy. I went to Ciocca Honda to get information about Hondas. I needed to replace a Ford totaled in an accident. The agent, Andrew Bird, was very well-informed about Hondas and showed me how a Honda would meet I needed to replace a Ford totaled in an accident. I returned the next day for a test drive in a civic (in a snow storm!) and was impressed with how the car handled. I bought the civic that day. Mr. Bird was at all times well prepared to answer my questions without pressuring me to buy. He introduced me to several of the managers, all of whom were very welcoming. I strongly feel that I will have a good relationship with Ciocca Honda. I look forward to using the service department and to receiving good advice to make my Honda civic last a long time. More
