Patients is the best word to discribe Phill. I was unsure of what car I wanted even after 10 or more test drives. Each time I came in Phill greeted me with a smile and answer all of my questions. He took his time with me and my husband and wasn't pushy. I have always wanted a white car with black interior. After test driving a few other cars I realized I AM A HONDA OWNER. Phil was the best car dealer I had worked with. I ended up getting a 2012 honda crosstour and it is the best!!!!!!! I love everything about it. My wife and I are in our 50s and we raised 3 kids thru college. We've purchased many a vehicle over that time. In a large majority of those cases, we had a bad experience that comes with the stereo typical “car salesman”. In this case however, with the exception of the finance manager, we had an exact opposite experience. The internet sales manager was prompt in her reply. In her emails she seemed to really care about what we wanted and making sure we would be taken care of. I was impressed right out of the gate. The sales professional started by giving us a big speech about how Ciocca Honda wants to do everything possible to make sure we have a positive experience throughout the life of our relationship. By the end of the day when we drove away with our new car, we truly believe that he meant what he said. He was thorough in all his explanations. He answered every question we had with an answer that was tailored to who we are and what we wanted. He went out of his way to show us things about our new car that most salesmen probably wouldn’t do. He gave us a tour of the facilities, explaining all the future interactions we may have with them. He demonstrated true customer care and customer service. The used car manager was friendly and appreciative when we reviewed the 2 clunkers we were trading in. The general sales manager came in at the end to review things and he gave the same speech we heard from the sales professional. He seemed sincere and we, along with the sales manager, got into a life experience conversation that was very enlightening. We were so impressed with the dealership that we went to the service department to schedule a detailing job for a 2005 Saturn that we still own. They were happy to do it. We explained how we lost a hub cap along the way and they offered to see if they can locate one for us and install it when the car comes in for detailing. This is one dealership that we won’t hesitate to recommend to others. More

From the moment we walked in unannounced the first time until we purchased our car Travis was nothing but nice and patient with us. Travis really made us feel as though his goal was to help us find what would make us happy, not what would be a good sale for him. He was honest, PATIENT, and thorough. The dealership worked hard to find a deal that would work for us and enable us to get the car we wanted without being pushed outside our monetary comfort zone. We wanted the five star safety of the Honda Odyssey but were not sure we could afford it, Travis and Ciocca Honda helped us make that happen. The cost of a new car was going to be painful for us no matter what, but Travis made the process MUCH nicer. Would definitely recommend Travis at Ciocca Honda. More

I am the proud owner of a new Honda 2013 CRV from Ciocca Honda Harrisburg due to the exceptional experience I had at Ciocca. I had not planned to purchase a new vehicle but had emailed Matt Cole,general sal Honda Harrisburg due to the exceptional experience I had at Ciocca. I had not planned to purchase a new vehicle but had emailed Matt Cole,general sales manager,the day prior to visiting Ciocca and asked for information about the 2013 CRV's,vehicle prices,loan interest rate from Honda,comparison between the 2011 CRV I had and the 2013 models. He responded with more information than I had requested and invited me to stop by. When I arrived at Ciocca,he had a CRV for me that met all my specifications waiting for my inspection. He was so friendly and patient with my unending questions but never once did I have any pressure put on me from Matt. He said it was his job to give me the information that I needed to decide what was right for me and he would be available to give whatever help I needed but he didn't want to influence me with my decision,which I highly appreciated. Morgan Reynolds took me on a test drive on roads which were typical of my home area. He couldn't have been any nicer and he too,had patience with me for asking multiple times the same questions. Andrew Wallett did all of my paperwork and I am sure in record time as I was surprised how quickly it went. He was very polite and efficient. All of the men were so attentive,helpful,and knowledgeable. They made me feel like I was someone important when in fact I was just another customer. This is my third vehicle purchased from Ciocca and I bought knowing it was a great deal each time and that they were available if I needed anything.
