From the first person I spoke to on the telephone to inquire about the car, until the day I signed the contract and drove off the lot in my new car, the customer service was excpetional. The first person I was transfered to speak to on the telephone was Andrew. He greeted me politely and explained who he was and that he would have a sales asscoiate contact me shortly. Within minutes Mark contacted me and the rest was history. When I got to the dealership that day I met Mark and Andrew. Mark was very kind and very knowledgable about the vehicle and Honda as a company. He was not forceful or pushy. He made me feel welcomed, comfortable and assured that the team would try to meet my needs. Andrew was welcoming, friendly and upbeat throughout the entire process. He was also fair and I appreiciate that. Later I ment Tony. Tony was cool,clear and concise when explaining the paperwork and the other auto services that Honda provides. Mark's customer service was top notch and refreshing. Both Andrew and Tony were great and really represented well for the Honda Finance department. The overall experience was stellar. I am satisfied with my purchase and am looking forward to having a long lasting relationship with Honda. More

Had an excellent buying experience at Ciocca. They worked with me and got me into the car I wanted with a payment I could afford. Joe Barone is very knowledgable and explains everything completely. He even followed up each visit with phone calls and/or emails just to make sure there were no further questions, but again it was never trying to pressure me into something. We drove in from State College about 2 hours away to look at a pre-owned Accord at Ciocca Honda- my first time there. Dave Smith was our sales person and he was very professional and helpful! Megan Barto was our first contact with Ciocca and she is wonderful-- answering all our questions on-line-- when we met her she introduced us to Dave Smith- and he helped us find the exact car we were looking for -- and for below the amount we had budgeted for on this car! We came in to the dealership because they had the most certified pre owned crv's at the time that was close to home. We didnt really need to buy one right now but after dealing with Mark and the finance g certified pre owned crv's at the time that was close to home. We didnt really need to buy one right now but after dealing with Mark and the finance guys we came up with a payment we could afford and a good interest rate so we purchased it. I must say they all had a lot of patience because when it comes to spending money I am very hard to deal with but they made it work for me. A few days later we noticed there was a shake in the steering wheel at higher speeds so I contacted Mark and he had us an appointment with the service department the same day. They found a little problem with the tires and replaced all four no questions asked. To me that is great service so we wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Ciocca. More
