We initially chose to visit Ciocca because of an online promotion the dealership was running coupled with a popular electronics retailer. That is what got us in the door. However we stayed because of the customer service we received from our sales rep, Phillip Young. He has only been with the Ciocca team a short while but he already has a wide range of knowledge of the vehicle and was able to smoothly walk us through the process. His passion for his job and Honda was evident and a breath of fresh air. The management and finance teams were also excellent to work with. Purchased a new 2010 CRV and was ripped off and overcharged. My fault for falling for the "lines". shame on me!!! Paid off my loan early and Ciocca "forgot' to stop my auto payments for one 1/2 mon overcharged. My fault for falling for the "lines". shame on me!!!
