Last week I purchased a new pilot from Ciocca. Justin my Honda Brand Specialist was easy to work with and had complete knowledge of the car's features that I was purchasing. Scheduled my car for oil change, recall to be fixed and the annual inspection. Ask them to text me when it’s done. Went to Honda at 2:30 saw my car parked already. Ask if it’s done and the guy told me afte the annual inspection. Ask them to text me when it’s done. Went to Honda at 2:30 saw my car parked already. Then I got a notification tru text that it’s ready to pick up. I just don’t get it why it takes too long for the staff in charge to notify me when in fact i know it’s been there sitting at the parking lot and it’s already done. More

Carl, the salesman, was great. My husband and I do not agree with the fee to process tags and title -- that was steep. I will need to remove some stuff that I saw on the carpet using carpet cleaner and vacuum the entire car to get rid of the hair that I found on the seats and floor. The extra discussion on special car coverage policies, while informative, added time to the sales process and the price tag was fairly steep. It might have been easier just to ask my husband and I if we were interested before launching into the presentation. No doubt the garage was careful about the mechanical parts of the car and even put on a new set of tires. Maybe my husband and I just keep our vehicles cleaner than the average person? We do appreciate the fact that the car was brought to our local dealership from State College. More
