Yes, Andy, we did speak and I thank you for checking in to it. My only objective was to let you know what was going on in your service area, not to make anything right. As my wife said "they couldn't rip her off for new blades, so they ripped her off cleaning day-old blades". I've told the story to at least 20 people since it happened and can honestly tell you, your dealership doesn't have the best reputation.
